Processing Time
All our items are handcrafted with love, which means they take a little extra time to be ready for delivery:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 3-5 business days.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for creation and preparation.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping for delivery within 3-5 business days: Flat rate of £4.99 across the UK
- Express Shipping for delivery within 1-2 business days:: Available at an additional cost of £7.99
International shipping: We ship within UK only, if you require shipping to international destinations please contact us at hello@craftycreations.co.uk and we will do our best to assist. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility.
