Returns & Refunds Policy
At Crafty Connections, we aim to provide high-quality handmade products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for online purchases under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Preorder items.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Gift cards.
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
- Original artworks, please note that all of our Collections items are Original artworks and each item is one of the kind.
- Any items purchased in person, in store, in markets or other in person sales method.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@craftyconnections.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service to ensure your package reaches us safely. A proof of postage will be requested.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@craftyconnections.co.uk.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item by following our returns process.
- Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@craftyconnections.co.uk.
- Provide details and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
